This also means we work safer, as we finish quicker. High's employees wear identifying clothing, carry photo IDs, and arrive in company marked vehicles. You don't wonder who you're letting into your house. You don't get some "newbie" out to practice on your house. Our men actually know what they're doing. The lead man on the job is always a Certified Chimney Sweep. The masonry work and chimney lining are handled by crews who specialize in that work. You don't get a "do-it-all-guy" if you need a specialty job done. Our prices are remarkably competitive. Anyone charging less is delivering something less, because we run a tight ship at High's. We have a strict company policy never to sell unnecessary services. If your chimney does not need to be cleaned, we will tell you so and charge only a trip charge. Se habla espanol. In the unlikely event we are unable to satisfy you, we will give back your money." That's as straightforward as we could make it. Office hours are Monday through Friday - 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturdays - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We schedule appointments Monday through Saturday We accept cash, personal checks, or MC/Visa.
